Estimated delivery timeframes are supplied by Australia Post and are estimates only.
Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise sold by Amp'd Dance Co.
Gift Cards:
- Are not redeemable for cash.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Cannot be refunded unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
- Should be treated like cash, as lost or stolen Gift Cards may not be replaceable.
Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time, Amp'd Dance Co may offer promotions, sales or discount codes.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions cannot be combined.
- Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
- Promotions may end without notice.
- Some brands or products may be excluded from promotional offers.
Creative Space Bookings
Bookings for the Amp'd Creative Space are subject to separate hire agreements and venue hire terms.
Where applicable, those agreements take precedence over these website Terms & Conditions.
